HWCCC is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Receptionist that is interested in working in the mental health field! You will be supporting the organization through a variety of administrative tasks! The ideal candidate is a team player who is positive, friendly, confident and loves building relationships with the clients. They should be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multi-

Talking on the Phone

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing office.ï‚·

  • Ensuring the client areas are clean and organized.

  • Greeting all staff and visitors with a friendly, warm, professional, and courteous manner.

  • Determining the nature of onsite visitors, ensure visitors sign-in, and notify the appropriatperson of their arrival.

  • Answering incoming calls, determining caller’s needs, and transferring to the appropriate persoor department.

  • Responding to all emails and request in a timely manner.

  • Printing and making copying documents as requested.

  • Managing room reservation requests and updating Google calendars with the status of reservation.

  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies, including reporting to your supervisor when supplies need to be ordered.

  • Assisting with meetings, to include taking minutes, room set up, ordering meals, and coordinating deliveries.

  • Following proper escalation procedures to handle crisis with clients, visitors, or staff.

  • Attend mandatory trainings

  • All other assigned duties.

Salary: 

  • $15- $18 hourly

Qualifications: 

  • High School education or Associate’s Degree with experience in the front desk in a Medical or

  • Mental Health Office.

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.

  • Must be proficient with technology and office equipment.
