At Harmony Wellness Counseling & Consulting Center, LLC we provide client centered care to individuals, couples, and families. If you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders and the burden has become too heavy to carry, we can assist you. Our team has experience working with so many of the challenges you face, but we’re especially skilled at assisting with individual, marriage and family issues, grief, bereavement, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Sometimes, the “Backpack” of life may seem too heavy or too bulky to carry alone. Allow us to help you to repack your bag and provide allow you with the help you need to better carry it through life.

We provide highly specialized consulting services to individuals, groups, and public and private sector clients, supporting their endeavors with a focus on mental health, customer-centered, and trauma-based solutions.

Please note that all sessions are available via HIPPA-compliant Telehealth platform and in-person.

We accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Carefirst BlueChoice), Cigna (Evernorth Behavioral Health, MD & D.C. Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare (OON only), United Healthcare, and we are out-of-network for all other private and public health insurance companies.

Though we are an out-of-network provider for many other insurances, we will happily provide you with a superbill to increase your chances of reimbursement for out-of-network billing.

Often, insurance will reimburse all or a portion of the fees for out-of-network providers. Check with your insurance representative, and they can help you figure out your mental health out-of-network benefits.
